the biosphere pool was enjoyable, clean, and well-kept throughout the day. the restaurant offered some reasonably priced options; especially the outdoor setting was lovely, and the food portions were generous.
The limited indoor options, especially during colder months.

The hotel is conveniently close to Crystal Springs Resort, about a 10-minute walk. This place meets all the standards for a great stay, and we highly recommend it.

Beautifully designed Biosphere pool with salt water and various amenities like a slide, fish tank, hot tub, inside/outside heated pool, waterfalls, and tropical plants.
Chaotic check-in process with long lines and lack of crowd control.

Good location with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. Room was adequately spacious and free Wi-Fi was a plus. the lobby area was well decorated and provided a welcoming atmosphere.
